Most companies have competent investor relation person(s) to call or email and they respond ASAP. Elite pharma for example have spoken numerous times with their IR on the phone for upwards of an hour. The BOD has had to tele conferences in the last 4 months where you could speak directly with BOD members via phone and ask them questions about the company and your investment. You could also just listen in to the call. All of the BOD provide their personal email so you can contact them directly with concerns. This is an OTC penney stock company also but theyare just managed professionally and their SEC filings are always on time and accurate so as to give the investor confidence that is money is being put to good use.

Anyone here call Hanna and talk to her about Lyric lately or visit with her during a share holder meeting?
