Right now it feels like cruel reality.

It also feels like moves of desperation. They need cash, they need it now, they have no time to walk the price up/down. They are banking shares faster than they can print them, selling them as fast as possible. Not even enough time to wait for news or no news to wait for.

All IMHO.
