Yes their are risk but putting out a press release on November 11, 2010 saying Graffiti has a $7 million dollar subscription agreement and then 7 months later on June 16, 2011 the CEO said on ustream.tv that the $7 million dollar subscription was suppose to be Paid 10/29/2010 which was never received so why put out a press release on November 11, 2010 saying the company had a $7 million dollar subscription agreement when the funds were never Paid on October 29, 2010. In my opinion I feel like I was deceived and I Just hope the SEC takes action.
