I for one, have a ton of things that he could be doing instead, that would help the company and in turn increase share holder value.

How about finishing this one first before looking for others,
OR at lease taking a little time to figure out how to complete one under a year,
OR getting Staff IS to sent the financials on time,
OR getting current in the OTC Market,
OR removing PHIN from the DTC issues,
OR hiring a N. America VP to run things,
OR getting an accounting group that can proof read financials before release,
OR Getting an accounting team that knows how to merge financials from Staff IS and (the new company) into something that they can release on time,
OR finding a new IR firm that will at lease acknowledge an email that has a question in it
OR finding a new IR firm that will at lease acknowledge an email that has a question in it (I know it is listed twice but CB really has done NOTING! One PR since March)
OR fixing the share structure W/O a R/S (IE Share buyback)
