SO this is the concensus...some peeps think Le'Clerc/FBCD is guilty until proven innocent. BY that I mean HE has not aquired Super Rad assets until the final payment is made???? BUT is he innocent until proven guilty??? Does LeClerc/FBCD owns the assets until the payments are not made??? This really sounds like how people try to quote the bible to "prove" their agenda driven point....If/when this contract is finalized, this will be a fun ride. It has become a circus around here watching peeps quote the 8k's to meet certain agendas. The use of the word "fact" has become a joke in itself. Simple as this....when payments are made, this thing will have wings. If they aren't made, it will shrivel faster than ur best friend in cold water...LOL
