Those large sellers are the Market Makers who are willing to sell short at any high price...., as long as they can cover at a lower price! So, when we run out of investors who are willing to sell at the bid, the pps will move up. Any sustained buying would cause the MM to sell at a higher price just to make sure that there are sellers at a lower price. It's a churning game for them. They have to make money on every transaction! For them it is sell high (short) and buy low (cover).

We had 134,400 (47%) short sales of a total 286,150 transactions, so I presume the short sales were at .075 and above, while the cover was at .07 and below....
We won't go up in pps until the sellers want more than .07....
