well i looked at the last 2 quarterlys and nothing you said in relation to the float can be verified. so if you can show me id appreciate it. i did find this though.

Conversion: Conversion at Option of Holders: Provided that, and only to the extent that, the Corporation has a sufficient number of shares of authorized but unissued and unreserved Common Stock available to issue upon conversion, each share of Convertible Preferred Stock shall be convertible at the option of the holder thereof.

in other words debt holder can dump into the float at their leisure.

they portray a positive outlook otherwise. minus being in the red and in debt of course. my opinion still stands though. its overbought and gonna correct.
