The point of acquiring a positive cash flow company is to become cash flow positive. Such companies dont R/S-they start buying stock back. I've been watching and waiting 2 years on this company also-but penny traders often do themselves in just before the reward.
I havent looked at the buy sell ratio etc but given past history and impatience of penny traders(rather well deserved in this case)the no bid is logically because company dumps to finance acquisition related costs(as they have in past) and or retail dumps, while those holding are already fully in for most part.

Cant promise wont be more update delays but they are running out of things to dd on the acquisition and the update early this month was the 1st in a long time to suggest a closing date-so either the acquisition will be completed soon or it wont. Its not likely to fail at this point, when both sides have dd everything but the # of grains of sand on the moon. So there are no surprises to either company at this point to stop a deal.

Imo. Do your dd before investing. I'm not a financial adviser nor compensated for my posts.
