inmtq.pk auto parts mfg, didnt cover their costs wrt
scarp metal, now in bk they've become profitable by re
negociating w/ the auto mfgs. they have just submitted a
plan for emergancy (lol its only been 9 months in bk..yah
go figure) so if there plan is approved the share hoders
are out but there are some big wheels w/ an equity concern
(apparently a committee), ive got the feeling it could
go either way, if the court says no dice-try again, the
stock could go through the roof...
