BASE PRODUCTIONS CLOSES DEVELOPMENT DEAL WITH LYRIC CULTURE

(OTC: LYJN) today announced that Award-winning television production company BASE Productions has signed a deal to develop and produce an untitled original series for television with Lyric's founder Hanna Rochelle Schmieder and her music-inspired lifestyle brand Lyric Culture ("Lyric Jeans," "Lyric Culture, "Lyric Nation, "LYRIX, and "Lyric") The proposed series will take viewers behind the scenes of this fast-paced company that fuses fashion design with music and Hollywood lifestyle.
