Not sure that that is true. CIWT, which is in the waste disposal business, recently added capacity, and they are estimating five yrs. to fill it whereas most observers seem to believe it will happen in a year.

Perhaps Solomon is just of an extremely optimistic nature, which runs away from him at times.
