I hate to sound stupid – but I don’t understand something that is going on here, maybe a savvier investor can explain it to me please.

How can the stock price drop when there are 3.6M buys vs. 90k sells? I thought prices go up when there is demand and drop when people sell… what am I missing? Is there common information I'm lacking?
