Shareholder updates

Good Day,

Thank you for your inquiry; the directors of the company are diligently
working hard implementing the announced business plan.

We have spent several months evaluating back office software to automate as
much as possible the customer service functions of the prepaid telephone
business. We have evaluated and selected the software vendor. We have spent
months working on the integration of this software with the contracted
telephone companies systems and the internal database and the internal
financial software. This process is almost complete. We will make an
announcement when ready.

During this time we have spent time conducting a market study of the
competition to determine the pricing plans that we will offer to the public.
Before we start marketing our services to the public we need to file pricing
(tariff's) with the respected states Public Utilities Commission as part of
the PUC requirements. This information will become part of the public
discloser.

Then we will announce the redesigned web site which will allow subscribers
to sign up for service via the internet.

This will lead us to launch our marketing campaign; which leads to cash flow
and ultimately quarterly profits. This will all be announced and made part
of the public discloser.

The next question is when will this occur? My answer is as soon as the
pieces of the puzzle all connect.

The board of EVPH made the decision to focus on building the foundation for
the business which will lead to success.
