We’re producing a “SMKY CHANNEL” on U-Tube, which will provide a more comprehensive and personal format to present very detailed information to prospective investors and shareholders on specific SMKY subjects of interest. The main channel site will display a listing of links that open each of the 5-minute video pieces where I present the information, so that viewers may select the certain link(s) that covers the subject matter of interest without having to listen to a long interview or webcast feature that are limited in significant info. Certain subject links will be up-dated frequently to present current information, with the up-date noted on the link. I will be including subject links for:
Ø Smoke-Baking technology/food processing/product quality features
Ø New product introductions/promotions
Ø Corporate capital structure/financing plan status
Ø Marketing up-date/business revenue channels/affiliates
Ø Revenue/profit guidance/up-listing status/personal insight
PR news releases will still be used as a generalized media format to distribute specific news, but the videos enable much more detailed talk and personal input than can be set forth in a press release that is edited by counsel. With all that’s going on for SMKY in so many different areas, this format of info presentation will keep shareholders excited, up-to-date and completely knowledgeable about the company they’ve invested in. The introduction to the SMKY channel will be made through press releases and will appear on the SMKYcorp website. I’m working on it now – lots of good stuff to present, just need about a week to get it all together.
