I agree, everyone is down, the figure you qoted is about right, but some of the JVs have turned out that the other parties are very often trying to take advantage of PGIE, to the point of being criminal, Case in point Jose Mathias, call the company ( PGIE) for a fuller explanation on that one.
There are things brewing in the company, but at least they have learned the lesson of not stating on something that is not delivered on. We wait for good news and the processing to go to the Frankfurt exchange, which is ongoing, then they have stated a 'Buy Back" will be the order of the day. We will all succeed with the company as it is value to buy at these prices to average down, well, thats about all we can do at the moment.
