Seek out and developing new opportunities in the oil and gas sector that represents a low risk by either acquiring or developing with Joint Venture Partners for larger projects.
Aggressively search for existing production ( Proved Developed Production) from smaller, undervalued or underutilized properties that show high promise for probable undeveloped reserves ( PUD's)
Intermediate-term goals are focused on production through drilling multiple projects.
