First AMD complains that Intel pays volume rebates. Then AMD complains that Intel fails to pay rebates when HP fails to achieve its targets.
Demanding payments for failure is now the the "HP way" I guess. Payment for failure has lond been the AMD way.
Everyone remember this concept the next time they fail to meet their annual bonus targets and their annual bonus pay
