OT: The way I understand it, one of the biggest problems, is refineries, a new refinery has not been built in the US in 30 YEARS.

Opec raising production has not thus far made a difference-they've also stated that fact-that it is not them to blame for current prices-it's refinery capacity-they are currently refining at maximum capacity and can not keep up with demand-they'll catch up with demand when we can no longer afford the prices and start cutting back on driving-I have already done so-no extracurricular driving,LOL.

Relax people-it's just my onion....I mean opinion.....and remember what your momma told you.
