OT: Setonian, this post is gone, past history of non-performance is a no-no to the paid pumpers, IMO. Old news on a company is an excellent way to determine the Bullchit factor for a company. FASC rates very high, IMO. I wonder how many bought into the dilution on the "10 KDS sales"?

NEWS RELEASE - January 9, 2002

News Release
First American Scientific Corp (FASC-OTC, BB)
January 9, 2002

FIRST AMERICAN SCIENTIFIC CORP (FASC - OTC, BB) announces test results exceed target production volumes resulting in completion of sale of KDS Micronex system to Biomass Waste Management Ltd, (formerly B & B Poultry Management Ltd) of Abbotsford, BC

Mr. C.L Kantonen, Chairman of First American Scientific Corp ( FASC) is pleased to announce that, after making several system enhancements, high volume production tests at their Abbotsford plant have successfully processed chicken manure through the KDS Micronex system at a rate in excess of 3 tons per hour output. This achievement exceeds our target production levels and establishes the KDS Micronization process as an economically viable, environmentally friendly alternative to disposing of toxic chicken waste and other animal waste. Further, these results satisfy all purchasers' conditions in our sales contract with B & B Poultry Waste Management Ltd (now Biomass Waste Management Ltd.) and completes the sale of our first system to the poultry industry.

According to Jim Carroll, President of Biomass " we are pleased with the throughput from the machine and it has exceeded our requirements to establish a profitable operation". Biomass intends to initially process up to 36 tons per day of chicken manure turning it into a fine, dry, pathogen free end product which will be sold as an organic fertilizer The first machine, which is already installed and fully operational, will be handed over to Biomass on February 1, 2002. The second machine is expected to be delivered within 6 months or as soon as sales demand. Biomass has also been granted exclusive rights to distribute the KDS system in the Fraser Valley of B.C. where they expect to sell 10 additional machines.

First American now intends to begin aggressively marketing the system as a solution for all poultry producers who are faced with stringent new EPA regulations regarding disposal of their waste. The KDS Micronization process has proven effective in removing pathogens and bacteria while turning the chicken waste into a fine dry saleable fertilizer. The equipment will be showcased in Atlanta, Georgia, Jan 16 - 18, at the International Poultry Exposition which will be attended by 22,300 industry decision makers. In light of the recent proven results in Abbotsford, BC, interest in the KDS process is expected to be high.

Cash is King until further notice!!!

My comments on companies are usually my opinion of long term success (years). The PPS may go up or down greatly in the meantime depending on the number of greedy suckers with money.
