More importantly though, the short and long term PR effect is the key to this IMO.
Also, many of those companies that took Intel's money are now on AMD's side: HP and Acer in particular.
..and not to forget that Morton Topfer ( ex Dell officer ) now sits on AMD's board.
I wonder if he'll be questioned by the court ?
