With all due respect, what does the stock price have to do with whether a company is believable or not? Look at all the Chinese RTO frauds that went from the pennies to $20,$30,$40 and then back to pennies. LFT was just as much of a fraud at $45 as it is at 15 cents.

As for VUQO, this company is more real than you can imagine and will be trading over $1 by early next year either by acquisition or on its own jmho.
