I use to sell on EBay when there were 30,000 items. Those Internet selling days were awesome. A few years ago, I, like many, gave up selling on eBay because too much competition drove profits down to nothing.
Marketing on the Internet is now a next to impossible task. I saw a magazine article that stated the Internet is dead. I agree. Apps will now take it's place.
Evidence of difficulty of marketing on the Internet can be found through PlasticCity Tweets for this latest Comic Con. We only received 4 Tweets this weekend. This indicates that the tweeting at SDCC was unsuccessful in increasing sales at the show.
Further evidence can he found in the small number of followers on the facebook and twitter pages.
I don't put much faith in the PlasticStockExchange.
