I for one am puzzled by the 'insider' situation created for Thursday's visitors unless full public information is released regarding #2 progress and recent activity, etc. etc. in advance. The visitors - 10,20,50? we do not know - are industry experts, and it can hardly be supposed that their interest and curiosity will be satisfied with glib superficialities. If all they are allowed to know is restricted to matters previously disclosed they might just as well be handed copies of the FAQ at the gate and sent home. If they learn anything new they will be advantaged. While non-disclosure agreement may be appropriate to current negotiation with customers or partners, it would be invidious, even if practical, with private visitors. Why are they attending, and why are they admitted, if they will be bound to secrecy about everything they see and hear? That seems ludicrous and purposeless for all parties. Much benefit csn result if the visit confirms openly that the business plan is proceeding well, but I can only imagine the feast of 'Como claims' regarding non-transparency and conspiracy which will castigate the Company if privilege occurs.
I do not mean to create a Nigara Falls of Kafkan complexity if my concerns are insignificant and legally-ignorant or both, so will value better informed opinion greatly. jmo. ex.
