I guess I am more confident and not believing all the hearsay in the online media. I don't believe your scenario of what sent wrsp into bankruptcy is complete! We don't know what is left in offices and to my knowledge there were only a few disgruntled employees. It appears as though many are back to work with some employee ownership. Remember India was not included in the bankruptcy until later. The reorganization has been intense no doubt but Malone is calling the shots now. Is there really the question of whether the NOLs have value? Really? Of course it has value to someone. You write like you have all the reorganization planning documents on your desk. You don't! I was aware that I was investing in a company going through reorganization. I knew the journey would be risky with many hurdles. I believe that Samaras vision is more evident today. I believe the time is right for worldspace to succeed. I remain a long investor (over three years)!
