Art, initially they did, but then MS said Centa was in default by not providing proof they owned the shares. So the deal was nullified.
So MS doesn't pay the $50k and Centa keeps the shares, notes, etc.
The rumor is that someone bought all of Owens rights to restricted shares, notes etc. So from a legal standpoint, that person now owns the restricted shares and notes.
Yikes, someone owns the majority of NHSH unless NHSH can invalidate those restricted shares.
Then they only have to contend with those pesky notes.
