OptionsXpress let's me. I just placed a test sell order @ .01 (of which I just canceled) and it went thru fine, and I've been adding ENKG slowly over the past 2 to 3 weeks up thru yesterday and today. TDA stinks now-a-days and I personally feel e-trade has always stunk. Good luck... I'm holding in case of a major move in the coming weeks, by that time, I'm sure all the buy/sell issues with peoples accounts will have been taken care of, but as a side note... whenever there have been "issues" with brokers being able to place trades, it's never been a bad thing for the PPS of the stock, in fact most of the true Mega-runs spawn from that.
