That was my post. They have corrected that statement yesterday based on assumption of the normal transfer time frame. They are awaiting the shares from the transfer agent is the only hold up now and it usually takes about 2 weeks from the date of record or 17 Oct 2011, but in this case, it's like watching a glacier melt.
