Are you referring to the Feb 15, 1999 Business Week article? If so, it does not mention a specific product. It references "a new class of tumor fighting drugs called Vascular Targeting Agents (VTA's)". "The brainchild of Dr Philip Thorpe of the Maine Medical Research Institute". It states "The company is planning to start clinical trials with VTA's within the next 12-18 months." TCLN went on to have it's famous run about year later when it peaked at over $16 in March 2000. I have a copy of the article. No author listed.
