I am not current but looks like YA situation has not changed.
Terms de jure and de facto come to mind. YA might not have legal control but as a matter of fact they do from what I have seen in the past.
Why would Goggle buy them out?
If they cannot continue to pay YA,would not YA get the patents?
With the toxic financing will NEOM ever be able to get out from under YA's thumb?
Did Clawwman's suit get settled?
Will NEOM survive Ya?
