I bought my last shares from TD after the lock, and even informed the CSR agent of the lock, and also TM's letter. Despite this fact, they still chose to sell it to me, and I figured if they were that stupid, then they could buy them back from me at a premium.

They record all this crap, supposedly, and I doubt if they keep all recordings this long. They cant say they didnt know, because I not only informed them, but had the agent check the wires for the release. Despite that they still wanted to sell to me, so I bought a few more.

In retrospect I dont know if that was a smart move LOL. I thought it was at the time.
