EPA rating opens door to multi-billion dollar market:

First American Scientific Corp. to apply for EPA rating as a pesticide device.
C.L. Kantonen, President of FASC is pleased to announce that we have contracted the services of Dr Jerry A. Moore, Ph.d., J.D. a recognized world expert in the waste management and pesticide industry. Dr. Moore will present FASC 's technology to the US Environment Protection Agency for classification as a pesticide device. According to Dr. Moore "based on the lab reports provided by FASC, the KDS demonstrates the capability for killing pests, especially in sludge. This puts a totally new technology into the waste treatment business which is a multi-billion dollar market." The EPA application is expected to take approximately 6 weeks for approval.
We are all very pleased to have an individual of the caliber of Dr. Moore join our research team. Dr. Moore has worked professionally for over 25 years in the industry for the Environmental Protection Agency, for the US Government and as a private environmental consultant.
