I think your correct regarding penny stocks. More like manipulate the price with unaccounted or illegitmate shares.
The pinks are the wild wild west of investing were rules & laws are abused daily.
When we asked for help regarding SHO all we did is run into road blocks.
Perhaps the intent is to create fear in SP & collect as many shares as low as he/her can. (or corporation)
I wish my average cost was this low, I would have triple the amount of shares if I could accumulate shares at this price.
Have faith, its always darkest before dawn, no company in their sane mind would go through what SCMI has for 5 years+ without a payday at the end.
