Maybe a sentence like YA has 10% beneficial ownership. Or they have the majority of board seats. Or that their warrants and options have voting power...
I don't know "this" and it reads like another wild iHub myth. You will know when YA is ready to wrestle control from investors and the board. You won't have to speculate. They have done it in the past and they don't mince words or hide behind a curtain when they do so.
