Thank you for your email regarding your brokerage account. The payable date for the stock distribution for shareholders of Encounters Technologies, Inc. (ENTI) was October 3, 2011. However, we have not received the shares from the company's transfer agent. Rest assured that when we receive the shares of Pegasus, we will deposit them into your brokerage account. The timeframe we provided you is an estimate based on when we normally receive shares from a transfer agent in this type of situation. Unfortunately, we have no control over when the shares will be released to us.
