steadily creeping up

For the most part DION's United States website has been largely neglected and an afterthought for the company. So it has been somewhat interesting the last couple of months to see the company use the site to make some new product announcements.

The new MOSFET Driver announcement in early September even included a note at the time of the initial announcement that samples would be available by the end of that month (usually the company doesn't provide a specific timeframe on their product releases, so that in itself was a bit unusual).

Also, interesting to note that DION included the price of the product in that September announcement. That is something highly unusual for this company.

I'm still expecting to see some type of merger/acquisition or joint venture type of activity here at some point. I could even envision a scenario where the operating company is taken private, and the Chinese investors and/or Alan Gelband use the DION shell for a RM (although that is probably a more unlikely scenario).

My hunch is that any shares you see being sold here are coming from retail investors (non-affiliated with the company). IMO, with any significant/attractive announcement (either from an organic operational standpoint or from a M&A type of activity) there could be some decent moves in the share price.
