Agree but you don't identify the location of where that picture was taken but it looks like a dirt bike race. Most dirt bike riders are responsible for their surroundings.












It's clear that SUGO's ore carrying trucks would not be driving on paved roads so that creates a lot of dust that can be controlled with water spraying trucks. BUT water is scarce in the desert around Death Valley.
