they would simply have to have a phone work on any cellular network in london and then hook up one of their gateways (802.11b wifi router) anywhere they wanted...in the room ...outside anywhere...that would be the extent of the demo...they wouldn't have to demonstrate billing or anything else...

and then walk from outside to inside...

that would do it...
