Owens, Did not complete the merger with NHSH

Ownens did send a fake wire for the $500,000 to Mineseeker per the agreement as stated in the merger agreement, then said that he sent it to the wrong person, then gave them a check for 10,000 which bounced.

Now if you are looking for someone that got stiffed, Mineseeker was the one not James,
