IMO, the PR will contain the basic reason or reasons for doing R/S, to raise the PPS for dealing with a large Co., and possible financing needed for production. Lets face it the PPS wasnt going anywhere the way it was! Weather or not they reveal a contract yet I dont know. I feel that after normal trading resumes we will see another PR of great substance. I beleive Deltron has a great opportunity to get alot bigger! I also think they are trying to do this deal right for the possibility of a big contract, if one is sighned yet or not is the big question? JMO I was told that we would also get the new share structure.
