I just had a long conversation with Mr. Crimi, a PR is expected to go out today or tommorow, pending Att. aproval, it will be about 2 paragraphs explaining the R/S. The D dropped in about 20 buss. days, giving time for the Depository Trust Co. time to get shares straghtened out local USA and Foreighn Brokers. Trading thats going on now is mainly Institution & MMs. Deltron holding off conversions on the 3.1Mil notes for now. A manufacturer is in place for Rebreathers, testing being done in Norway, they are a reputible testing facility that also tests other breathing equipment. R/S, cleaning up stock for something in the works. So far everything is going well with Fortune 500 Co. Things in the pipeline to make the Co. big. Deltron has not been approached about wheel making facilities. Expecting email on # on Board of Directors.
