hahaha. some people just have too much time on their hands. they could file for a permit in 2025!!!! sell now!!! come on. they could also file for a permit tomorrow.

i love the attitude of "They put out a positive PR showing the company is on track and doing the things that need to be done in making forward progress in their business plan, BUT they haven't started drilling yet, I told you this was a scam!!"

Nice to see a PR today, short, not fluff, but reassuring.
