believe a 10Q and uplisting are forthcoming



Brungy, all I've got to work with is a single 4 chamber heart at present. No multiples of hearts available. ;)

What's clear is it's illogical to assume a 10Q if released would be anything other than more bad news. Probably showing the original stockholder equity has been knawed into. Why would management ever want to suppress good news in a generated 10Q, with the PPS undergoing time decay? They would do so if they had nothing good to report.

There is another possibility - they wish for time decay to take the stock down to a level where they can take the company private, buying up the entire float easily. For example at 00008, the 2.4B shares are worth $192K.

Guess the answer to your question is... NO. After October stick a fork in it.
