Where does the 11.37/lb number come from?
If that is the WHOLESALE price for the fish that SIAF is producing (you said "SIAF is getting 11.37 a pound for it's cod), it would seem that food inflation in China is much worse than I thought.

With a wholesale price of 11.37, the retail for SIAF fish must be around $20/lb. Who in China can afford $20/lb fish? Especially with annual average incomes as low as they are.
