"Your opinion doesn't matter here."

Correct.

The only important "opinion" is that of regulatory bodies such as FDA, EMA and PPB and that's a matter of law:

"How does the law define a drug?
The FD&C Act defines drugs, in part, by their intended use, as "articles intended for use in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease" and "articles (other than food) intended to affect the structure or any function of the body of man or other animals" [FD&C Act, sec. 201(g)(1)]."

Since AQLV claim that NatuRx can treat AIDS/HIV - and indeed have conducted an unauthorised, uncontrolled study in that very indication in Kenya - NatuRx is by definition a drug.

"AQLV actually saved those 10 Kenyans who volunteered to try the treatment."

There is no evidence or documentation for that rather far-reaching claim at all.

Nor is there any evidence or documentation that they "volunteered" for the treatment. But at least you admit it was a clinical study.

What we do know for a fact is that according to AQLV these ten patients discontinued their life-saving ARVs, and anybody versed in the treatment of AIDS/HIV will tell you that will cause premature death.

I do hope this helps. Perhaps if you bookmarked this post you wouldn't make those two same mistakes yet again?
