Observations from an HNSS investor about the stock
I have been accumulating (never selling) HNSS since early 2011 and continue to average down. I’ve read the daily comments with interest, even though they are extremely repetitious. I would like to make an observation about the PPS, other than the lower it goes, the more shares I accumulate.

It would seem to be in the best interest of the company to increase the PPS. For one thing, it would take fewer shares for accretive acquisitions/growth (less dilution). I did my DD before investing and, even though this is a Pink Sheets, thought there was a 60/40 chance of making a decent return.

My chances of a decent return have been changing. I now rate it 30/70 because PRs have simply not come to fruition. I’m not concerned about the financial PRs and believe the company is truthful as far as they go. Most of the really long-term, very positive/optimistic holders of HNSS downplay the PR situation.

However, one example of a PR that made sense and should have happened is full disclosure and moving up in the OTC levels. This hasn’t taken place and concerns me greatly, in spite of the optimistic posters poo-pooing this not taking place.

This particular PR was very important to follow through on. It helps investors (short-term & long-term), increases chances the PPS will increase and it helps the company with accretive acquisitions (fewer shares, less accretive dilution).

BTW, people who short and “flippers” don’t concern me. They are making money. That is why we all invest. It seems the long-term holders are angry this is taking place because they feel it keeps the stock price from rising, i.e. affects their ability to make money. However, it is a valid strategy.

Personally, if HNSS hits .0001, I’ll be picking up another 10m shares from whoever will sell. Even 30/70 chance is good enough to continue to average down!

Remember, a true pessimist is never disappointed! GLTA.
