It all depends on if the company continues to transact behind the scenes. For 1, they sold a bunch of shares in Dec 2009 at PPS .15 to support a R/M that never went through. This was just filed about 2 weeks ago. The main point is that management here is talking to private investors behind the scenes and getting them to pay that high for shares based on knowledge that isn't public yet.

Since that Dec 2009 purchase there has been a new R/M proposed with Forza. This is the deal that appears to be on its way now as RBTI just brought all filings up to date.

It would be nice to get an email from RBTI's IR firm about some of the latest, and then post it here....
