Sounds like a penny stock to me, cryptic ceo's, weak background officers, meaningless PR's, nothing surprising here.

Funny how that one PR actually had people thinking china is going to do business with LBSR. The president kid has another weird business in china he frequents, so I'm sure Briscoe took an opportunity to say they were going to china for LBSR when the kid went for some other reason.
