I just was in the area of laidlaw berlin and know people in that area. they have broke ground and have started working on that project in the last 2 weeks. would they not have to pay before starting? you would think.
i am very new to this.
have been trying to buy shares all week
why can,t i buy?
any help would be appreciated.
