NO. What it means is this isn't the only cellarboxed stock. Apparently you are not familiar with cellarboxing. And its not a Scam. Because a company is beat down by the Scammers does not make it a Scam. And Also, you have a choice as to which stocks to invest in. You dont have to invest in a stock already beaten down. You can choose a higher price stock. But since the premise is to buy low and sell high then this one is fine by me. You choose.
