OG...I thought the agreement with the underlying owners was pretty good considering the underlying owners were getting desperate with all the majors and Timberline abandoning the claims... don't you agree that SUGO stole these claims for a pittance and a small royalty?

What part of the deal were you referring to as "terrible"...
